Cub Scouts of different groups of Sylhet Railway District, Girls in Cub Scouts, Cub Scout Leader and Bangladesh Scouts, members of Rover of Sylhet Railway District and District Secretary Sadhar participated in it. It had four joys or goals. Namely: 1) Mina and Raju; 2) Sisimpur and 3) Muglee.
