Event Name: 1st Rover Scout Efficiency E-Course (16 Sessions on 11 Topics) Organized by: Bangladesh Scouts, Program Division ----------------- Date: 8-17 May 2020 Place: Google Meet and www.facebook.com/bdscouts ----------------- Trainee: 978 Trainer+Staff= 11+10 ----------------- Description: The activity was implemented virtually through Google Meet. Each day from 8 to 15 May 2020, two live sessions covering one of the following 11 efficiency topics were conducted on Google Meet with 2555 pre-registered Rover Scouts as participants (topicwise divided): Poultry, Secratarial Job, Agricultural Worker, Navy Organization, Aero Pioneer, Railway Traffic Control, Journalism, Electrical Work, Leprosy Control, Ship Knowledge, and Seaman’s. In total, 16 live sessions were conducted. At the same time these 16 sessions were live broadcasted on the official Facebook page of Bangladesh Scouts (www.facebook.com/bdscouts). Later, Rover Scouts went through an evaluation for each badge on 9-17 May 2020. After passing the evaluation, they were awarded the certificate of participation. The activity was organized by National Rover Scout Program Review Task Force under the patronage of the Program Division of Bangladesh Scouts. This activity was intended for the Rover Scouts of Bangladesh.
