150 Rovers from the Colleges & Institutes in Bhutan gathered at the Jigme Namgyel Engineering College in Samdrupjongkhar, Eastern Bhutan for a five Day Meet.

Participants were introduced and engaged in Better World Framework, SDGs, Community Development Projects, Expedition, Adventure and Fun. Rover Coucil was formed and members elected through secret ballots.
