Kelantan Scout collaboration with Education Department of Kelantan having the 1st Kelantan Agonoree 2016. The agonoree was held at Valley Resort Training Centre, Tanah Merah Kelantan. About 870 participants and 238 volunteers was involving in this program. The program was fully supported by Education Department of Kelantan. The participant are the student comes from special needs class program all over Kelantan and they are scouts.
