Flag Hoisting & National anthem Committee PARTICIPATION Above 4500 participation was participated in the opening ceremony as per details. a. 3500 players b. 200 Scout Volunteers c. 55 Scouts Leaders d. 350 PT Shows e. 200 Officials f. 50 Tablues g. 150 Mach past h. 150 VIP Guests i. 400 General Public Committees formed to assist & facilitated manage, for the following areas. I was serving my services, as coordinator to coordinate manage, Scout Volunteers Management Committee.
