125 scouts were trained in leadership skills and inducted as Messengers of Peace Ambassadors for Bhutan during the 21 day training from 24 December 2016- 14 January 2017. The Scouts were involved in dialogue to spread the message of peace, love, respect and harmony. The participants were engaged in physical training, adventure, fun and other activities. They were involved in scouting skills, survival skills and life skills lessons. 125 new accounts were created for Bhutan during the training. Participants were provided guest lectures on values and loyalty. 50 trainers were involved in providing training in various fields to the 125 participants. Field visits and other practical lessons were conducted for the participants. Community development projects were undertaken to get hands on experience. 125 participants were engaged intensively for more than eight hours in a day for 21 days. Leadership training for scouts is an intensive training for selected scouts who are selected from the schools in the country.
