To celebrate the 63rd birth anniversary of His majesty the 4th king, the trashiyangtse dzongkhag education office planned the first sherig festival and it was a successful program. Volunteers had been working tirelessly since 8th of this month preparing for the program. The day ended well with lots of programs and events. This is the first but not the end.
