“11th Leadership Training for 125 Scouts”

Bhutan Scouts organized and coordinated the 11th Leadership Training for Scouts of Bhutan. 

Thr Training was for 21 days for 62 boy and 63 girls from all across Bhutan. The training included basic scout drills, games, guest lectures, poineeeint skills, rappelling, rafting, cooking completion, morning physical training, swimming lessons and spiritual classes.

125 Scouts we’re trained by 50 resource personnel and the training was conducted in coordination with the office of His Majesty’s Secretariat. 

Traininf focused on on personal development, physical, social,emotional and  spiritual development besides leadership training. 

125 scout.org profiles were created and participants oriented on better world framework and SDGs. 

Rachbday began as as early as 4:30 and ended around 11:00 pm. The 21 day course for scouts is an intensive training undertaken under the royal project of His Majesty’s The King. 

125 scouts made ambassadors of peace for Bhutan which will have a multiplier impact when they go back to their respective regions.

Each day, more than ten hours were sent. But for practicality, we have added eight hours x 21 days x 175 participants.
