The 112 National day marks the 112th years of our monarchy. National day is a day of peace and happiness. It is one of the historic day for Bhutan beacuse it is the day where our first hereditary monarch was enthroned as the supreme leader or king od Bhutan. 

To commemorate the historic day, every year 17th of December is marked as the National day for Bhutan. It is also a day where His Majesty recognise the true leaders of Bhutan by awarding different awards.

Like wise Trashigang District also celebrated the day at Trashigang MSS. The day was full of enjoyment with various kind of events. Thousands of people participated for the celebration.
