10th National & 3rd SAANSO Scout Jamboree 2019
This camp was an opportunity to attend one of the biggest camps held in our country.We could participate in various workshops, competitions and win prizes for our scout group and have a great time while doing so.
10th National & 3rd SAANSO Scout Jamboree was in held in the National Scout Training Centre, Mouchak,Gazipur.This was the first time scouts got involved with SDGs in a Jamboree.Apart from the campsite,we had a field dedicated to the SDGs. About 10,000 scouts participated in this camp.The scouts were divided into 13 subcamps and those were divided into 9 villages. There were 32 participants from our Willes Little Flower School & College scout group who were divided into 3 Units.
The camp gave me many amazing memories,I made a lot of friends from different countries and different parts of the country.As an extrovert,the friendships I formed are one of the best parts of the camp to me.We learned about the Sustainable Development Goals(SGDs) and also earned some awards through events in the camp which is always nice.
The camp taught me quite a lot through events,sessions,experiences and I enjoyed it a lot.
