The scouts of 6 schools under pling Thromde gathered at Pelden Tashicholing Goenpa, pling to recite Jigten wangchuk prayer on zhabdrung kuchoe in order to pay our respect and tribute to zhabdrung and also to keep our culture and tradition alive.
