Strides to normalize scouting operations in Zambia have continued, last Saturday August 31st 2019 leaders in the National Commissioners' Committee met for the second time after the Zambia Scout Association (ZSA) reorganization process sponsored under the Messengers of Peace Initiative early this year, to review the progress of the events they planned and submitted a budget to its National board for. 

Commissioners put together their heads to find ways to fund raise considering that resources has been an impediment to implementing the events and actions. A fundraising committee was formed that would spearhead resource mobilization in the short term as long term issues are taken care off.
