This year, one of the Basic Level Scoutmaster Proficiency Courses (KMD) organized by the Semarang City Branch (Kwarcab) was held at Diponegoro University, focusing on the Rover Scout level. The KMD took place on April 18–20 and 25–27, 2025, at the Doctoral Program of Social Sciences, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) Undip, and the TNI AD Shooting Field in Tembalang, with a total of 32 participants. KMD is a mandatory requirement for becoming a Scoutmaster, enabling them to lead effectively in accordance with the established curriculum and standards. It is hoped that this KMD will serve as a valuable experience and produce skilled and competent Scout leaders who can, in turn, guide youth members to become even better individuals.
