As the world celebrated scarf day, Drukgyel central school scouts too took part with their scarves proudly worn neat and tidy. The school scouts association commissioner awarded the scarves to the new scout members while the scout masters headed the photo session. Drukgyel central school has 147 nazhoen scouts.
