The World Scout Committee (WSC) met for its 2nd regular meeting for this triennium (2014-2017) at the World Scout Bureau (WSB) in Kuala Lumpur, from 20 to 22 March 2015.

- Finally, in terms of World Events, presentations were made with updates on the upcoming events -- 23rd World Scout Jamboree in Japan (2015), JOTA-JOTI (2015), 2nd World Scout Education Congress (2016), 15th World Scout Moot in Iceland (2017), 13th World Scout Youth Forum (2017) and the 41st World Scout Conference in Azerbaijan (2017).
Conclusion
The agenda was indeed packed for the three days but the energy level was high, and the outcomes were positive and constructive. One of the key achievements during the current meeting was the in-depth engagement of each and every person in the WSC during discussions and while arriving at decisions. It was also made possible with excellent planning and preparations based on the agreements in the WSC Charter approved at the previous meeting (November 2014). The WSB has continued to offer excellent support to the WSC. A good amount of work is to be done until the next Committee meeting, which will take place in Baku, Azerbaijan (2-4 October 2015).
