Dear leaders, As you know, Benin Scouting welcomes the 11th Youth Forum and the West Africa scout conference from 21 to 27 February 2017. This far-reaching event is an opportunity to share with our brothers from scout associations and organizations of the subregion the values ​​of peace, dialogue and mutual understanding that Scouting expects. For this purpose, I have the honor to unveil the logo of these two events. The flags of the member countries of the zone and of their position on the map of Africa are made in a circle which symbolizes the union in promoting the values ​​advocated by Scouting and set out above. The plurality of colors is a symbol of the diversity of cultures within West Africa. This logo is now the mark of these foundations. It should be used as part of their promotion.
