Every summer here at Zamboanga City Council,Philippines we conduct a summer scout activity (ssa) We teach our scouts about character building,leadership training and to enchance there skills... this is one of our activity teaching them how to control traffic,proper hand gesture, safety about traffic and signages it helps them to understand about the safety and the rules regulations regardless on the street.
