Third Prince's Techno Dance Rocked Eastern Hub by Taiwan 15th Troop
The Third Prince, a Taiwanese religious folk icon, normally seen at temple festivals and street parades, started to do Techno Dance in recent years. It has become the most acceptable way to introduce Taiwan to the world. (The photos were taken when The Third Prince, brought by Taiwan's North Star Scout Group, showed up in front of Scout Shop the other day.)
At the night on July 30, The Taiwan 15th Troop, staying in Eastern Hub of the Jamboree, shared the dance to their audience. It turned out to be that everyone just jumped up onto the 'stage' and dance together.
The group leader was so touched and said, "It is absolutely out of my expectation! They really did a very good job. The most touching moment was while the audience calls out "TAIWAN! TAIWAN! TAIWAN!""
As Chairperson, Joao Armando G, of World Scout Committee, said in the Jamboree Opening Ceremony, "this is how the world should be!" It will be a memory for the whole life of whoever is there tonight, as scouts shared their friendship and happiness with understanding each other's culture without any condition.
