The National Scout Youth Forum provides a dual opportunity for young people: to discuss and express their views on issues of interest to them, preparing inputs and reporting to the National Scouts Steering Committee, including recommendations to the Regional and District Local Association; and to develop the skills necessary to strengthen their capacity to take part in decision making processes and to actively be involved in their Local Scout Associations { Regional and District}. during this this year the National Scout Youth Forum held at Morogoro Region with full participation from Morogoro 2, Arusha 2, Kilimanjaro 2, Dodoma 2, Iringa 7 and Dar es salaam 2. The Forum has started on 11 to 14 this September 2017. The forum agenda look forward on following topics;  Evaluation on the progress and challenges relating the implementation of the regional youth committee  Implementation of the diversity inclusion in involving young people living with disability and other special need in scouting.  Presentation and discussion of the vision 2023  To review our National Scout Youth Forum guideline  To formulate our recommendations and propose for National board
