The preparation of the next Eurasia Scout Region Strategy and Triennial Plan 2016-2019 has already started for a couple of months, and is moving with a good speed forward under the leadership of Valentina Ursu, member of the Eurasia Scout Committee, and Nikolay Akatov, Director of Strategic Planning and Internal Regulations from WSB Eurasia Support Centre. Nevertheless, in order to strengthen and unify the work done by the strategy working group, in the period 15-16 April, in Moldova, took place a workshop where staff and volunteers debated the on-going issues in Eurasia and the concrete proposed objectives to overcome those. We are happy to report intense discussions, constructive debates and fruitful work. There is still a lot to be done until the Regional Conference in October, Armenia where the Regional Strategy and Plan will be proposed for amendments and approval.
