Kenya Scouts Association has organised a specialised training for Scout Leaders handling Scouts with Special Needs with the ain of enabling the leaders understand and creatively apply Human Rights Based Approaches in their day to day engagements as special needs leaders in Scouting. A total of 27 Scout Leaders from different institutions such as Rehabilitation Schools, Schools for the Deaf, Visually Impaired, Autism Centres, Children's homes for Orphans and Vulnerable Children.
