Bali, Indonesia, which also known as the Island of Paradise and the Island of Gods, recently became the host of the 9th Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Leaders Summit, which been held at Inna Beach Hotel, Sanur, from 22 to 25 April 2017. For Scout memorabilia collectors, the event was successfully marked by a special commemorative cover issued by the Indonesia Philatelists Association Bali Branch that led by GN Surya Hadinata. Only 200 covers issued, with two different personalized stamps. Surya Hadinata also prepared only five covers with special Scout souvenir sheet which issued on August 14, 2011 to commemorated the 50th Anniversary of Gerakan Pramuka, the Indonesia Scout Movement. He only gave the limited covers to some special person. In overall, the covers become a very hard to find item, because all the them already sold out. Once sold for Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) 25,000 (or around US$ 2.-), now the cover offered for IDR 35,000 per piece.
