The World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) has embarked on an exciting journey with the introduction of its new triennial plan. This strategic roadmap outlines WOSM's vision, goals, and objectives for the next three years, with a focus on empowering young people to create positive change in their communities and around the world. As young people, we are the future leaders and change-makers of the world, and this plan presents an incredible opportunity for us to take ownership of our Scouting experience and contribute to the development of our communities. By mastering and contributing to the strategies outlined in the plan, we can develop valuable skills, make a positive impact, connect with a global community, and shape the future of Scouting. To contribute to the plan's success, we can stay informed about its objectives and strategies, get involved in local and international Scouting events and projects, share our ideas and feedback, and take on leadership roles within our Scouting organizations.
