Along with it is the Philippine Development Plan (PDP) for the years 2017-2022, which is consistent with the priorities of the Duterte administration, as well as Executive Order No. 27 that directs all government agencies and instrumentalities, including LGUs, to implement the PDP 2017-2022, which is aligned with the SDGs and responsive to Ambisyon Natin 2040.

They also presented their major programs which are: Boracay Island and Manila Bay Rehabilitation, Clean Water, Solid Waste Management, Clean Air, Enhanced National Greening Program and Soil Conservation, Intensed Forest Protection and Anti-Illegal Logging, Enhanced Biodiversity Conservation, Coastal and Marine Ecosystems Management Program, Geo-Hazard, Groundwater Assessment and Responsible Mining and Improved Land Administration and Management. After that, they discussed the goals and steps they would take for each program.

While talking about the programs, Field Scout Executive Jeffrey Alitagtag of Manila Council-Boy Scouts of the Philippines suggested a project. Instead of a Community Pantry, they are going to have a Community Tree Planting in Manila. Dampay Pastor Bronson Romeo also stated that they will be planting trees on May 29, and he is asking for assistance from DENR to have at least 1,200 bamboo seedlings for their tree planting activity in their province of Zambales.

Christelle Ira Inocencio of the Manila Bay Coordinating Office showed the Accomplishment Report of the Manila Bay Rehabilitation Program. She started it by giving facts about the Manila Bay and showing off how they continued the Mandamus Order by the Supreme Court to clean-up, rehabilitate, preserve the Manila Bay and restore and maintain its SB Level. According to her, the water quality of Manila Bay has become better over time with the projects they are doing to rehabilitate it completely. After that, she was given a Certificate of Appreciation from DENR for sharing her time and presentation about Updates on Manila Bay Rehabilitation while Joseph C. Bautista of Policy and Planning Service-Planning and Programming Division also has a Certificate of Appreciation for presenting the 10 DENR Priority Programs.

For the last part of the program, Undersecretary Benny D. Antiporda headed the Commitment Signing. The participants signed the agreement and showed it on their cameras while in the Zoom Meeting. The participants pledged to support DENR projects and to continue their environmental advocacy.

The Messenger of Peace-Philippines created a Facebook Group for the Scouts and Scouters of the Philippines to continue future projects while connecting with each other. The name of the group is Scouts: Tayo ang Kalikasan.
