An Investiture Ceremony for Blind Scouts at School for the Blind, Ratmalana was held on 25th September 2015 at the school premises. 13 Blind Scouts were invested as scouts as Scouts. Mr. Bede Perera, ALT, ADC-Training, Moratuwa /Piliyandala District Mr. D M Ratnayake, the Scout Master of the Blind School Scout Troop & the only blind Gilwellian in Sri Lanka , & Two Vice Principal’s were present at this occasion.
