The Scouts from the Eagle Scouts Organization of the Philippines Bacolod City Council Chapter took part of the 'Love Bag' packing event of the Negrense Volunteers of Change last May 25, 2019 in Bacolod City, Philippines. These Love Bags are packed with school supplies and will be sent to different Indigenous Groups and Indigenous People (IP) in Mindanao, southern part of the Philippines. The event was enjoined by 29 Scouts coming from both the Negros Occidental Council and the Bacolod City Council. Through this event, the organization wishes to build a partnership with the leaders of these project for future initiatives.
