BACOLOD CITY, PHILIPPINES - The Scouts from the Eagle Scouts Organization of the Philippines Bacolod City Council Chapter took part of the “Love Bag” packing event of the Negrense Volunteers of Change(NVC) last May 25, 2019. These Love Bags are packed with school supplies and will be sent to different Indigenous Groups Indigenous People(IP) in Mindanao, southern part of the Philippines. The event was enjoined by 29 scouts coming from both the Negros Occidental Council and the Bacolod City Council. Through this event, the organization wishes to build a partnership with the leaders of theses project for future initiatives.
