Scouts’ Advocacy and Awareness Program

What inspired you to take up the project?

Seeing the importance of understanding, kindness, and unity in daily life, we wanted to raise awareness and encourage everyone to contribute to a more peaceful world

What are the learnings you got from implementing this project and how would you make it better?

We realized that even small actions, such as sharing messages and engaging with the community, can have a meaningful impact. We also learned teamwork, communication, and the power of leading by example.

Where was your project implemented and how did you execute it?

The project was carried out through scout-led advocacy in the nearby community under the theme ‘Act Now for a Peaceful World.’ Scouts prepared short speeches on peace, kindness, and harmony and visited households to share these messages, encouraging respect for differences and community unity. Direct interaction made the advocacy more personal and impactful.
