SCOUTING , THE FUTURE

What inspired you to take up the project?

To realize His Majesty's vision of instilling Scouting into the heart of every youth, these leadership camps serve as vital stepping stones. Through hands-on outdoor skills, trust-building, and shared responsibility, participants build the resilience, discipline, and spirit of service needed to embody these values in their daily lives and lead the nation forward.

What are the learnings you got from implementing this project and how would you make it better?

Through this project, I learned that true leadership stems from resourcefulness, mutual trust, and clear communication—qualities forged while navigating outdoor cooking, blindfolded team exercises, and practical discipline together. Most importantly, I experienced firsthand how Scouting goes beyond survival skills to build the resilience, unity, and spirit of selfless service needed to fulfill His Majesty's vision for our youth.

Where was your project implemented and how did you execute it?

The summer Camp successfully developed leadership, teamwork, and practical life skills among participants through a structured sequence of hands-on activities, including outdoor cooking, rope work ,adventure , driglam namzha and drill, culminating in a ceremonial closing that celebrated unit cohesion and self-reliance.
