As part of the attainment of 100 Million young Scouts in 2023, Nigeria is set on the 10th of October 2015 to Invest the President of the Delta State Scout Council, His Lordship Hon. Justice Marshall Umukoro. The Delta State Scout Council President will lead the Scout Association of Nigeria Leadership to the Governor of Delta State for his investiture as the Patron of the Delta State Scout Council. Scouting shall be brought back to Schools in Delta State like Lagos State of Nigeria and like our Dear Brother/Governor Willie Obiano is currently doing after his Investiture as the Patron of Anambra State Scout Council.
