Scouting

Scouting is an incredible journey of learning, growth and adventure. It offers young people the chance to develop life skills, leadership’s qualities and a sense of responsibilities while exploring the outdoors and contributing to their communities. Here are some of the key aspects and activities we carried out during our scouting on 9th September 2024. 1. Outdoor adventures  Camping: setting up tents and experiencing nature.  Hiking: exploring trails and navigation skills and also used GPS tools.  Survival skills: Cooking and purifying water. 2. Skill Development  First aid training: preparing scouts to handle emergencies.  Knot tying: essential skills for outdoor activities and projects. 3. Community service.  Participating in cleaning -up drives. 4. Leaderships and team work  Scouts take on leadership roles within their patrols and troops.  Activities encourage cooperation, problem solving and decision making. Scouting instils discipline, self –reliance, and a deep appreciation for nature. It natures qualities like resilience, empathy, and adaptability shaping young individuals into responsible and well-rounded citizens. Every scouting activities leaves a lasting impacts making scouting an enriching and unforgettable experience.
