Los días 4 y 5 de junio se realizó la reunión de trabajo para desarrollar la propuesta del curso nacional de capacitación en liderazgo “ILT in a Box”. En esta reunión participaron 16 personas de 8 Organizaciones Scout Nacionales y de la Oficina Scout Mundial – Centro de Apoyo Interamérica, contando con la presencia de Dan Ownby, miembro del Comité Scout Mundial. Las sesiones se realizaron en el Cockrell Scout Centre en Houston, EUA, recinto que será sede de nuestra próxima conferencia Scout Interamericana. La finalidad de esta reunión fue desarrollar los contenidos y elementos relacionados con la propuesta de un curso de capacitación en liderazgo juvenil a nivel regional, adaptando la propuesta del Interamerican Leadership Training al contexto nacional. Este grupo seguirá trabajando arduamente para presentar el ILT in a Box en nuestra próxima conferencia. From June 4th to 5th we had a work meeting to develope the propousal for the Leadership National Course “ILT in a Box”. In this meeting participates 16 persons from 8 NSO and WOSM – Interamerica Support Center, having Dan Ownby participations whom is part of the World Scout Committee. The sessions were held at Cockreel Scout Centre at Houston, USA, place that will held the Interamerican Scout Conference. The reason of this meeting was to develop the contents and related elements with the training course propousal to have an adecuated training for Youth Leadearship in the Interamerican region, taking as a base the Interamerican Leadership Training ILT propousal and taking the National context to develop it. This group will continue working to present the “ILT in a Box” for the next conference.
