2 days of scout masters interaction and refreshment training has been completed at Manthali Ramechhap initiated by Manthali Municipality. 60 young scout masters were engaged during the program to take forward the scout initiatives smoothly. All participants share their experience and put forward their suggestion to strengthen scout movements to the newly formed scout municipal committee.

Program helps to make them clear about their queries relating to scout activities and prepare them to carry out their work on the real field with scout students. Participants Scout master gained basic skill of knots, drill, scouts running curriculum, scouts master and scout student's registration and renew and so on. They have a common voice that they will work together as a team and support one another.

That workshop was leaded by scout municipal committee coordinator Bhuwan Shrestha in the presence of Mayor Laba Shrestha, Deputy Mayor Ishwari Basnet, Nepal Scout Bagmati Province counsellor Gunja Bahadur Shrestha and facilitated by scouter Rashok Shrestha, Kamala Kumari Thapa and Jaya Dip Magar.
