Above subject refers, please be informed that; another 22nd of February is around the corner for the celebrations of our Founder, Lord Robert Stephenson Baden Powell 158th Post-Humor Birthday. In celebrating this occasion, Scouts within Nigeria National Scout Organization should be seen towards celebrating the program via different Scouting Programs ranging from: 1. Environmental Cleanings at Churches, Mosques, Market Places and Other Communities Centres. 2. Visits to Old Peoples Homes, Orphanages, and or Displaced People Camps & Centres. 3. Messengers of Peace Talks within the Communities. 4. Tree Planting Programs within Scouts Local Associations. 5. Camp Fire & Candle Lighting Programs 6. Any Other Scouting Programs that will show case Scouting Social Impacts and Diversities of Ideas towards developing our Youths as responsible Citizens within their Environment. While counting on the foregoing programs, please l will like all the States Scout Commissioners to take Leadership towards the successful dissemination of these Programs in support of our Founder’s Day. Photos and reports of programs are required to be sent to the Honorary National Secretary and the Chief Commissioner for appropriate reporting to the African Regional Office.
