As a Rover Scout and a Leader, it is my pleasure to be invited to this activity to give an inspirational message to the younger scouts and to give the motivation to continue forward in scouting, and I am happy to be invited to help in this encampment, it was a first face-to-face activity after the pandemic in Nueva Ecija. I delivered a message to the young/senior scouts and together with the parents, I would help to facilitate the event for this Scout Encampment. Since the pandemic struck it was the first face-to-face scouting activity in Nueva Ecija specifically in Talugtug National Highschool, one of the highlights of this activity is to orient them in the scouting movement and to have their official investiture ceremony. Entering the Rover Scouting program I realize in this event that, no matter how far we go in this scouting movement, we should never forget to empower young people through scouting, we may be busy with our work and also developing our self through training and program, we should never forget to replicate and apply our learning to the younger ones.
