The Crisis communication and reputational management workshop was hosted by the Asia Pacific region and welcomed 10 NSOs to discuss on the question on crisis management. A full day of training was dedicated to Safe from Harm, focusing on allowing NSOs leadership to understand why Safe from Harm matters, face simulation of crisis and learn how to deal with a Safe from Harm issue. We also worked together on how to do a self-assessment regarding the Safe from Harm situation in an NSO and how to develop and implement quickly a plan of action in this area.
