Roosevelt College, Inc. - Rodriguez Rover Circle 01 of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines conducted its 2nd Rover Vigil and Investiture Ceremony last July 28-29, 2018. 30 new Rover Scouts were welcomed in the jolly brotherhood of open-air and service.
