During the past period, the project aimed to follow up on all regional and national projects and work to make our projects on trucking implementation as planned. There was obvious progress on this issue by focusing on on-job training that affects the capacity of project managers and concerned staff from the NSO and from the region in the field of project management through coordination managers and following up with concerned people through working groups, which helps a lot the NSO in their project progress and take the needed reports with supporting docs and learn from the region expertise. One of the project managers said: “It was a fruitful six months of cooperation with grants management & fundraising in which I found all the support, help & empowering feedback that led to proper achievements”.
