One way to reach more people as scouts is by preparing ourselves and having tools that help us go further. I did a small project where I teach kids of different ages to do projects to help the community. It all started with small talks and taking projects from my group so that they can take inspiration from themselves. Little by little, the rovers gain strength and inspiration from what I do and then I hope that they continue with this little thing that I have left behind.
