Three days works shop on training and professional development of Adult Rover Leaders of colleges was very informative and though i was very first time to join the training. It was very informative and interesting program i learned about the rovers principals and and how to improve on going program back at the college. Moreover i also learned how to be proactive to lead our rover members.
