Oath Program 2019 of Crystal Open Scouts was held on 1st November 2019 at Post Office High School, Motijheel, Dhaka, Bangladesh (Official Den). Right before the night of Oath fresh rovers successfully finished with their vigil and prepared themselves for their oath. 8 fresh rovers took their Oath this time.

Right after the Oath program few rovers promoted to the Training stage from Membership stage.

At the end of the ceremony token of appreciation to the Senior Rover Mates were given who performed their duties time to time only because of their time, effort and dedication for Crystal Open Scouts.
