the Tunisian Scout Movement organized the National Leadership Training (NLT) program, an intensive six-day leadership development course for young scouts from across Tunisia. The program began with two days of planning and preparation , followed by six training days featuring ice-breaking sessions, personality analysis (DISC), active listening, negotiation techniques, leadership styles (servant, situational, and values-based), strategic thinking exercises, project management training, a field trip to the Dar El Hout Museum and the City of Sciences, group project development and presentations, and sessions on intergenerational dialogue, change management, critical thinking, and leadership by example. The program concluded with a closing ceremony and final departures and evaluation meetings on January 31, having successfully equipped participants with practical leadership, communication, and management skills rooted in scouting values.
