教育部潘文忠部長擔任中華民國童軍總會榮譽理事長 童軍總會林右昌理事長今日（1/3）率領各級童軍代表前往教育部為潘文忠部長佩戴領巾及致送童軍總會榮譽理事長聘書，潘部長表示十分榮幸能夠擔任榮譽理事長，且與童軍總會合作推動童軍教育活動。 林右昌理事長在會中表示感謝潘部長願意擔任榮譽理事長，童軍總會也將規劃中程發展策略計劃，並預定在明年（107年）舉辦第11次全國童軍大露營，展現童軍教育與活動發展之成果。 會中童軍代表邀請部長參加2月份在國立中興大學舉辦的 #106年全國羅浮群長年會，同時潘部長也響應童軍總會近期推動的 Messengers of Peace 台灣和平使者計畫，且與全體童軍伙伴共同宣誓「世界和平，從我開始」。 童軍總會感謝本次出席之台北市立大理高級中學童軍團、佛光童軍代表及群長年會工作團隊等，場面熱鬧溫馨。 Minister of Education, Dr. Pan, Wen-Chung, accepted the position of the Honorary Chairman of the General Association of the Scouts of China (TAIWAN) on 3rd January 2017. Mr. Lin Yu-Chang, Chairman and Chief Commissioner and Scout representatives present the certificate of appointment and National Scarf to Dr. Pan. Dr. Pan also accepted the challenge to become the Messengers of Peace and promised to "Peace, start with me".
