I served as the Camp Adjutant for the five-day Nazhoen and Nachung Scouts Summer Camp held at Yangchenphu Higher Secondary School, with approximately 300 participants and a 26-member advance team. I was motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the successful organisation of the camp and support the young Scouts through teamwork and service. During the camp, I assisted with coordination, communication, and the smooth functioning of various activities. The experience strengthened my leadership, teamwork, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organisational skills, while teaching me the importance of discipline, responsibility, and working together to achieve a common goal.
