My time in Japan...
So the 23rd World Scout Jamboree is unfortunately coming to an end. With the closing ceremony tonight preparations are under way to ensure that this Jamboree in Japan closes with a Spirit of Unity (WA) and will be unforgettable.
My time in Japan has gone too quick but I have had the best time and learnt so many new things. Watching different cultures from all over the world come together with the same common goal, to make new friends and have an amazing time is a phenomenal thing to be able to see. I have enjoyed all my time in Japan however, my favourite part of it would have to be culture day. It was very interesting to visit the different countries and learn about their lifestyle. For this there was also a culture ceremony which was so entertaining, watching the flag parade, live music and speeches
Japan is such an amazing country and am so happy and grateful that I had the opportunity to attend. Now I can't wait for all the next scouting camps that are coming up, including the 24th World Scout Jamboree in North America.
