Malaysia National Scouts Youth Leadership Forum was held on 25-27 June 2021 virtually via zoom. This event had gathered around 70 participants all around the states in Malaysia. The participants also representative their states to this event.

This program also is a part of the selection process to 14th World Scouts Youth Forum. All the participants are divide to 8 groups and had been assigned a case study. Each groups needed to give ideas on how to resolve the problem mentioned in the case study according to specific category, such as Better World Framework, Finance, Safe from Harm and others. Each group need to make presentation on the proposed solution on the final day.

This program also had provide various input regarding how to develop your speaking skills, knowing your leadership style ans techniques on how to resolve problem by using 6 Thinking Hats. 

We all really enjoy this program although it was held virtually due to pandemic.
