Mr. Chamila Indunil Premakumara is a scout master in Sri Lanka. He has started to make 1000 scouts in a very remote area called ''Agalawaththa''. He has introduced scouting in 22 schools and have made 22 scout groups with 50 leaders and 1000 scouts. Parents are not much educated and it is very difficult to take children for scouting so it was very difficult to make those 1000.
