As Part of the Litter Less Campaign, the cubs of 2nd Plumstead decided to clean up the sports field at the Zandvlei Lookout after the Kontiki Cub Competition on 19 March 2023. Although on the whole I am pleased to say that all the 31 packs present that day did an great job of cleaning up after themselves, our cubs did help pick up and remove the tape outlining the activities and smaller pieces of litter left behind after the STA's. Our cubs also continue to collect plastic bottle caps and breadtags for the Operation Smile campaign. Once enough have been collected, one of our cubs drops them off with Operation Smile. The last drop off was 10 boxes of bottle tops.
