About a year ago, a significant event was held in Quito aimed at Scout groups in the city. Where prominent personalities such as Jorge Rosero, Dr. Tintin, Iván Vallejo and Peter Romo shared their experiences. During this meeting, fundamental topics were addressed such as values, perseverance in the face of adversity and what I considered most crucial: turning passion into a profession. In this forum, valuable lessons were taught about financial management, promoting responsible use of money and highlighting the importance of avoiding spending on things that do not contribute to our personal growth.
