Don Mariano Marcos National High School Senior Scouts represented Isabela Council alongside different delegates of the province on the 1st NELR REGIONAL VENTURE & ADVANCEMENT CAMP at Data, Sabangan, Mountain Province last November 30 to December 3, 2023.
